Our story
My journey began when I opened a small cafe in Hackensack, NJ. It was a dream come true, and I poured my heart into creating a warm and inviting space for my customers. Little did I know that my love for hosting and creating memorable experiences would lead me down an unexpected path.
It all started when some of my loyal customers who adored the food approached me about celebrating their special occasions at my cafe. They loved the cozy atmosphere and the delicious dishes we served. That's when a light bulb went off in my head - I could combine my passion for decor and food by hosting intimate gatherings and micro weddings at the cafe.
And so, Friends of the Chef Events was born.
I wanted to make it easier for our clients to plan their events,, so I launched a website showcasing the services I offer. From mouthwatering cakes to delectable cuisine, we take care of all the catering for your event. But we don't stop there..
